Beginner Aerial Arts Group Class & After Party (Grab & Go style)

Aerial Arts is a great way to tune into the body and mind while suspended. Integrating Yoga with the aerial hammock has been known to decrease stress, improve sleep, detox the body, and create pleasant moods. Also great for decompressing your spine. All levels are welcomed!

About the Instructor

Lenise is an LA based Pilates and Aerial Arts instructor. Her love and passion for the arts have paved a way for helping find their inner strengths both emotionally, and physically. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she relocated to LA to just try a new city and ended up calling it her home. She has a background in  professional dance, Pilates, Yoga, and aerial arts. She teaches all throughout the LA county and travels nationally/internationally to teach Pilates with Club Pilates.

Itinerary:

Beginner Group Aerial Arts Class with FlyFit Lenise

Class - 5:00PM - 6:30PM

-Come join our 90-minute, instructor-led class of 8, as we learn how to incorporate various yoga poses with aerial hammocks. Beginners are very welcome!

Group Grab & Go Dinner + Drinks  - 7PM

-We will freshen up and get changed at the studio before heading to a DTLA grab-and-go market. Located right across the street from studio, easy to walk to. Everyone will pay for their own purchases.
