Beginner Aerial Yoga Group Class & After Party at Perch LA Rooftop
Aerial Yoga is a great way to tune into the body and mind while suspended. Integrating Yoga with the aerial hammock has been known to decrease stress, improve sleep, detox the body, and create pleasant moods.Also great for decompressing your spine. All levels are welcomed!
About the Instructor
Lenise is an LA based Pilates and Aerial Arts instructor. Her love and passion for the arts have paved a way for helping find their inner strengths both emotionally, and physically. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she relocated to LA to just try a new city and ended up calling it her home. She has a background in professional dance, Pilates, Yoga, and aerial arts. She teaches all throughout the LA county and travels nationally/internationally to teach Pilates with Club Pilates.
