Aerial Yoga is a great way to tune into the body and mind while suspended. Integrating Yoga with the aerial hammock has been known to decrease stress, improve sleep, detox the body, and create pleasant moods.Also great for decompressing your spine. All levels are welcomed!

About the Instructor

Lenise is an LA based Pilates and Aerial Arts instructor. Her love and passion for the arts have paved a way for helping find their inner strengths both emotionally, and physically. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she relocated to LA to just try a new city and ended up calling it her home. She has a background in  professional dance, Pilates, Yoga, and aerial arts. She teaches all throughout the LA county and travels nationally/internationally to teach Pilates with Club Pilates.

Itinerary:

Beginner Group Aerial Yoga Class with FlyFit Yoga (Instructor Lenise)

Class - 4:15 - 5:45PM 

-Come join our instructor-led class of 8, as we learn how to incorporate various yoga poses with aerial hammocks.

Reserved Group Table at The Perch rooftop lounge

Dinner & Drinks - 6:30PM

-We will freshen up and get changed at the studio before heading over to The Perch rooftop for our after-party and group social. We will have two tables reserved for four each.
