Join LA's most flexible metal community for an awesome Heavy Metal Yoga experience. After 60 minutes of rocking out during your sun salutations to a carefully curated selection of heavy metal, we drink beer. Suitable for ALL levels.
DETAILS:
- If you have any COVID symptoms at all, PLEASE don't come to class. You can transfer your ticket to a friend or switch to a future class. Thank you!
- Wear your favorite metal shirt to class!
- Please arrive in plenty of time before class to check in and set up.
- Class is held OUTSIDE the brewery taproom.
- Parking is available in the lot on W12th & Margo for $2 for 4 hours.
- Yes, we have spare mats for rent.
- ALL yoga experience levels are welcomed and encouraged!
