Join us on a transformative journey that combines breath, prayer, and connection, as we come together for 'Rise Together: A Sunset Hike & Breathwork Experience for Maui Recovery.'

Join us on Saturday, August 26th, where we will hike the stunning Fern Canyon + Upper Beacon Trail in Griffith Park, culminating in a soothing sunset soundbath and guided meditation led by Geetika Budhiraja, founder of Theselfheal. ( @budhirajageetika | @theselfheal )

As we closely follow the events surrounding the Maui tragedy, we are eager to make a positive impact and extend a helping hand to the affected families. We will be donating 100% of the proceeds from this event to the local Maui Strong Fund (Hawaii Community Foundation).

Your participation will directly contribute to aiding those in need.

The act of donation is pivotal, serving as a powerful gesture of compassion and solidarity; your generous contributions, no matter the amount, will play a significant role in providing much-needed support to the families who are grappling with the aftermath of the tragedy.

We recommend a donation between $25 and $50, but we want to emphasize that we will not turn anyone away based on their financial capacity. Your presence is invaluable, and every participant is a vital part of our collective effort.

Our itinerary for the evening is carefully planned to provide a serene and enriching experience:

- 5:15 PM: Meet at the parking lot for a warm welcome and an opportunity to socialize with like-minded individuals.

- 5:45 PM: Our hike will commence, as we ascend the picturesque Fern Canyon + Upper Beacon Trail.

- 6:30 PM: Arriving at the overlook, we'll take a moment to soak in the surroundings and connect with fellow participants.

- 6:45 PM: The guided meditation and soundbath session will begin, offering a space for healing and introspection.

- 7:30 PM: Witness the breathtaking sunset while slowly descending back to the parking area, filled with a sense of renewal and connection.

Our event, led by the experienced breath and meditation healing facilitator Geetika Budhiraja promises an evening of tranquility and intention. Geetika's expertise and guidance will ensure that you leave this event with a heightened sense of well-being and a deeper connection to the energies around you. Let your breath carry healing intentions for Maui as we gather in unity, infusing the city with positive energy and prayers.
