Advertising Policy

Advertiser Policy — Los Angeles Fun Events Effective: August 27, 2025 1. Acceptance By submitting content or purchasing advertising from Los Angeles Fun Events (“LAFE”), the advertiser (“Advertiser”) agrees to this Policy. 2. Publication Discretion LAFE may publish, decline, edit, suspend, or remove any Listing at any time for any reason, in its sole discretion. LAFE is not required to provide a reason. 3. Fees & Refunds All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, except when a Listing is not advertised at all by LAFE during the agreed campaign window due solely to LAFE. Advertiser’s sole remedy is (a) a refund of fees paid for that unserved Listing or (b) a make-good of equivalent value, at LAFE’s discretion. Non-publication caused by Advertiser (late, incomplete, non-compliant, or prohibited assets) does not qualify for a refund. 4. Content & Rights Advertiser warrants it owns or holds all rights to all submitted content and media (including images and videos), that such materials are lawful and non-infringing, and grants LAFE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, crop/resize/format, and distribute the materials solely to deliver the campaign. 5. Responsibility & Indemnity Advertiser assumes full responsibility for its content and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold LAFE harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from the content or its publication. 6. No Customizations LAFE does not accept custom creative, targeting, placement, or scheduling requests beyond its standard offerings. No customizations will be accommodated. 7. Compliance LAFE may require changes to meet legal, platform, or community standards. If compliant assets are not supplied by the deadline, LAFE may decline or remove the Listing without refund. 8. “Advertised” Defined A Listing is deemed advertised once it appears at least once on any LAFE-controlled channel included in the package (e.g., website, email, social media, event page, or partner inventory managed by LAFE). 9. Limits LAFE’s total liability is capped at the fees paid for the affected Listing. LAFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. 10. Miscellaneous This Policy is governed by California law; venue is Los Angeles County. If any provision is invalid, the remainder stays effective. No waiver is valid unless in writing. This is the entire agreement regarding advertising.
